Secure Payment Processing
All payments made on the FR3ND-apparel.com website are encrypted using secure technology and your credit card details are not retained or visible.
Payment Types -: FR3ND accepts the following payment cards.
VISA, MASTERCARD, DEBIT CARDS or call us and we can take payment and your order over the phone.
If you are using a promotional code please enter it in the promotional code box on the shopping basket page.
Delivery and ownership
We accept orders for delivery to any part of the world.
Products will be dispatched in accordance with the delivery method you have selected from the options available on our website.
Our delivery charges are as set out on the Postage page.
We will endeavour to dispatch the product(s) to you as soon as possible after you place your order (normally within 10 days if the product(s) is/are in stock) and in any event within 30 days beginning on the day after you place your order, other than in the case of pre-orders, for which the dispatch date will be on or around the date set out on our website for that product.
If we are unable to dispatch the product(s) within that time we will contact you to let you know and will give you the right to cancel the order and to receive a full refund.
As soon as the product(s) is/are delivered to you, you are responsible for it/them.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
Errors and Omissions
In the case of any errors or omissions on the website FR3ND reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being despatched.
FR3ND reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of FR3ND products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and different browsers. Also, product updates and improvements may alter the actual product received slightly to that shown from time to time with stock replenishment.
Your promises to us
You confirm that:
a) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in respect of the product(s) you are ordering;
b) all information and details provided to us (including on your registration and order) are true, accurate and up-to-date in all respects and at all times;
c) you will comply with your obligations on your use of the website as set out in these terms and conditions.

You agree that in using our website you will not:
a) use the website for any unlawful purpose;
b) use the website in any way that interrupts, damages, impairs or renders the website less efficient
c) transfer files that contain viruses, trojans or other unlawful programs
d) access or attempt to access the accounts of other users or to penetrate or attempt to penetrate the website’s security measures
e) email or otherwise disseminate any content which is defamatory, obscene or may have the effect of being harassing, threatening or abusive to an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, age, disability or otherwise
f) advertise or promote third party or your own products or services including by way of the distribution of ‘spam’ email
g) use the website for any purpose other than your personal use.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to our website at any time without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these terms and conditions. This will not limit our right to take any other action against you that we consider appropriate to defend our rights or those of any other person.
You will receive an email to confirm your successful payment and order. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful please email us.
Prices are quoted in UK (£) Sterling. Local import duties may be payable by the recipient on receipt of the order.
Out of Stock Product and Pre-Orders
You are able from time to time to pre-order items that are about to come into stock. Products offered for sale prior to being instantly available will be highlighted on the site with the expected shipment date. You will then receive an email as soon as the item becomes available in your chosen size and colour.
Amending or Cancelling an Order
If you would like to amend your order, please email us. Please note that once an order has been processed, FR3ND are unable to cancel or amend it.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange, credit note or full refund, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new, not worn and in the original packaging with swing tickets and trims still attached. (Xmas presents can be returned up to 10 days after 25th December)
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us (unless it is faulty, incorrect or mis-described). We suggest you return your products by “Recorded” delivery so you can follow up with the courier service you have selected to use as any lost returns are the responsibility of the sender.
Please note the cost for ALL returns is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the goods are found to be faulty. FR3ND will not accept the costs of any courier charges UNLESS approved beforehand and suggest goods are always sent by their local postal service using a tracked normal service. Any courier charges incurred by FR3ND for returns not sent in the described way will be recharged in full back to the customer before any exchanges are made or deducted from any refunds due.
Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the FR3ND's Customer Services team.
Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from FR3ND-apparel.com. If you have purchased your item from one of FR3ND's retail partners please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.
Products purchased as gifts cannot be refunded and may only be returned for an exchange. FR3ND are unable to refund postage on returned gift items. Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser. All deliveries require a signature on receipt.
You must return the product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend that you retain the proof of sending.
Please contact us to return your order for further instructions.
If you are unhappy with the fit, cut, colour or style of your product please feel free to return it for an exchange within 14 days of ordering. As long as the item is as new?* FR3ND will accept it and replace your purchase with a product of your choice, refunding any difference in price or taking additional payment. Please follow the ‘How to Make a Return’ information below.
*’As new’ condition for FR3ND items is unwashed and unworn. FR3ND strongly recommends you store your item in its original packaging while you make a decision about the product. Please also note that any return that is creased, unfolded, covered in hairs, dirt or fluff and not in the same condition as it was when it was shipped from FR3ND will be subject to a £10 restocking fee or will not be accepted for an exchange and will be sent back to you.
Goods are considered faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within 21 days of purchase. FR3ND will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault and will return or refund the product as required. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that it can only be replaced for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible FR3ND will offer to repair faulty items.
If a faulty item has been worn it must be freshly laundered before being returned. All unwashed worn garments will be returned back to the customer.
We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of different factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.
The products sold on FR3ND-apparel.com are provided for private domestic and consumer use only. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Site or for any products or services purchased from FR3ND-apparel.com.
We have taken every measure to prevent Internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers.
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.
We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.
